Nobody told me how much of entities out there are not well equipped to handle first and last name changes and/or gender change. Hit yet another clog in the wheel today, login to my online bank, click order new checks then provide information to login to my account. Selected the same check style, click next, click on name change, click next and get a warning “please call our 24-7 support to complete the process”. I call them and of course the person can not speak fluid English. After giving that person my extremely long account information she says I need to transfer you to a specialist. Wait for five minutes, specialist tells me I need to go to my bank and have them do the order for checks, well my question is why not just post this on the web page… Just another cog in the wheel which for me is easy, sit back and have a cup of coffee. Any ways be forewarned.
